Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

 

Global Gaming Campaign – It Lies Within Execution

  • Asset Production Support: Track the asset production process and maintain clear, consistent communication with external agency involved in creating campaign assets.
  • Paid Media Plan: Assist in organizing data for analysis and collaborate with agency to generate paid media plan in selected countries and markets.
  • Coordination: Work closely with internal creative, country marketing teams, and external partners such as Intel and ESL to ensure smooth execution of campaign.

 

KOL Partnership – Content Execution

  • Content Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with agency to ensure deliverables are on schedule and manage the production of engaging content.
  • Agency and Partner Collaboration: Review and consolidate agency proposals and coordinate with partners like Intel and Microsoft to ensure alignment in content and messaging.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze Key Opinion Leader (KOL) data and content performance, delivering executive reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

 

Sponsorship Activities – IEM Cologne Planning and Communication

  • Planning and Execution: Support the planning and execution of sponsorship activities for IEM Cologne, including preparation and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Event Management: Ensure seamless coordination with internal creative teams, country marketing teams, and external partners like Intel and ESL for smooth online and onsite event execution.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze event outcomes and compile post-event reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

 

Gaming Giveaway Development

  • Ideation and Design: Participate in brainstorming and designing gaming-related giveaways, including items like T-shirts, keychains, and other promotional merchandise.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with the internal Acer Gift Shop and external vendors to oversee production, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

 

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university.
  • Students pursuing Marketing, or related fields are preferred but not required.

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

 

Attributes:

  • A proactive learner with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passionate about gaming, esports, or marketing (bonus but not mandatory).
