【BM】(PA) Business Management Supervisor

Job Responsibility

1. Region Ownership:
The candidate will be responsible for Notebook product, and related to sales of Pan America region to provide guidance to the region and work with region to achieve business target.
2. Major Job Descriptions:
1) Product: 
–Notebook Product Portfolio Management, to conduct competition analysis, communicate product position, execute product roadmap
–Market Analysis to ensure Acer product positioning is aligned with market & industrial trend. Furthermore, to predict competition movement
–Communication between regions and product group to ensure product update and requests submission.
–Manage key product positioning and transition by aligning with regions. Cross functional teams coordination to accomplish assignments.
–Strategic alliance with industrial partners to obtain resources

3. Operations
1) Guide region on business direction, fulfill product related information, analyze and escalate RO’s demand that is not within LOB’s plan.
2) Manage the Supply/Demand process, push order within the assigned region. Confirm the availability of products based on supply and product life cycle in tender business.

Requirements

1.Bachelor Degree, MBA is a plus.
2.Experience in IT industry in sales, PM, or product marketing related function. Former experience in PC industry and understanding of NB product design is a plus
3.Fluent English and Chinese for communication, presentation.
4.Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skill.
5.Sense of urgency and follow through.
6.Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers.
7.Team player with demonstrated ability to execute across a cross-functional team.
8.Ability to influence across organizational boundaries to quickly solve problems and gain advocates to help resolve customer issues.
