【BM】Business Management Specialist_Desktop

Job Responsibility

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Manager to join our team at Acer Headquarters. This role involves maximizing and facilitating business by aligning the headquarters’ product strategy and business direction with the needs of the regional offices. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and reviewing financial records, managing rebate processes, ensuring timely cost releases, and supporting overall business alignment.
Product Category: Desktop and AIO including Gaming/Consumer/Commercial product lines; Gaming Console and Graphics Cards.

1. Business Management:
• Maximize and facilitate business by aligning the headquarters’ product strategy and business direction with the needs of the regional offices.
• Communicate product roadmaps and manage the product portfolio to enhance sales performance.
• Conduct market and industry analysis to adapt to dynamic competition.

2. E2E Pricing and Inventory Control:
• Manage end-to-end pricing and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels and competitive pricing strategies.
• Oversee demand planning and coordinate with HQ function teams to meet regional requests and needs.

3. Financial Review and Rebate Management:
• Maintain and review financial records with the Finance team
• Manage rebate processes with RO and Finance team

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel, and PowerBI.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for communication and presentation.
