【BM】PAP Backend BM
Job Responsibility
1. This position is not a sales job.
2. You’ll be in charge of notebook products.
3. You will engage with Acer Pan Asia Pacific region branch office of products and business strategy management.
4. You have to communicate with Acer branch offices about product roadmap, product portfolio management, and cycle/product transition management to drive for better Acer business results in terms of sales quantity and revenue.
5. You will be helping PM build up the product roadmap with competitive spec to PAP region.
6. You’ll align strategically with partners to reach the Win-Win performance and obtain resources.
7. You will have to coordinate and communicate across HQ/Country multiple function teams to have tasks and assignment achieved and accomplished.
8. Market analysis to ensure Acer product positioning is aligned with the local market and understand the market trend and competition movement in account to strategically position Acer products better.
Requirements
1. 3~5 years of working experience in IT-related companies for product management, international sales, or marketing.
2. Experience working in International Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product management, and PM roles is highly preferable.
3. Experience working with mobile/ computer brand owners, OEMs, ODMs, and key components vendors in sales functions or PM roles is highly preferable.
4. Familiar with gaming devices is highly preferable.
5. Education levels/ majors: bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Foreign Language, or technical field of study preferred.
6. Required tech/professional skills: Product development, International Sales, Business Development, or Product Marketing.
7. Soft skills/ personality: Business-oriented, proactive, teamwork, attention to detail.
8. Language: Excellent business communication skills in English and Chinese especially in writing and presentation.
