【HR】Global Compensation & Benefit Specialist
Job Responsibility
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting global C&B initiatives while also assisting with Taiwan payroll operations. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical ability, a global mindset, and a keen interest in optimizing HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits (Global Focus)
• Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation and benefits programs.
• Provide analytical support on compensation-related projects, including cost modeling and impact analysis.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive programs.
• Assist in job evaluation and salary structure alignment across different regions.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Support global mobility programs, expatriate packages, and relocation policies.
Payroll Support (Taiwan Focus)
• Assist in preparing and processing bonus payroll for Taiwan employees.
• address employee inquiries regarding benefits-related matters.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in C&B or HR analytics.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data.
o Strong collaboration skills.
o Familiarity with HR systems and/or payroll software.
o Knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and payroll regulations.
o Experience with Python or Power BI is a plus.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
