Job Responsibility

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to support both marketing and administrative operations. This role involves a diverse set of responsibilities, including contract and expense handling, event coordination, online content updates, and executive support. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment to ensure smooth day-to-day execution. Marketing & Administrative Support 1.Perform general marketing related administrative tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency. 2. Assist to event preparation and support 3. Assist website and social media maintenance 4. Assist for contract, expensing, application management 5. Assist the project for data and documentation 6. Assist in production of graphic and animated video

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 2.Previous experience in marketing or administrative roles is a plus. 3.Strong organizational and time-management skills. 4.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn. 5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. 6.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
