【Marketing】SEO Senior Specialist

Job Responsibility

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in executing data-driven SEO strategies to support Acer’s global marketing objectives across acer.com and its subsidiary websites. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive organic visibility, enhance content performance, and contribute to an integrated digital marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Keyword Research & Strategy Integration: Conduct in-depth keyword research and integrate findings into the content production pipeline. Partner with content, media, and campaign teams to align SEO with broader digital marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging and performance.

SEO Audits & Compliance: Plan and perform regular SEO audits across all web properties to ensure technical and content compliance with best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.

Link Building & Off-Page SEO: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other key SEO KPIs. Deliver actionable insights through reports, and benchmark against competitors to guide optimization decisions.

Industry & Algorithm Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and emerging tools or technologies.

Collaboration with Agencies: Manage and coordinate with agencies to enhance the performance of Acer Corner, the official Acer blog.

Tool Utilization & Technical Execution: Use leading SEO tools to support technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content planning efforts.

Requirements

Requirements:

1-3 years of SEO on-job experience.
Proven track record of executing SEO to drive organic traffic growth for brand or client.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. A strong academic foundation combined with practical experience in digital marketing is ideal.

Adept in SEO best practices.
Understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and evolving SEO techniques.

Experience with website optimization.
Hands-on experience improving website speed, mobile responsiveness, technical structure, crawlability, and indexation. Familiarity with structured data, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, and hreflang implementation.

Proficient in SEO analytics and tools
Skilled in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms to analyze performance, uncover opportunities, and measure ROI.

CMS experience in enterprise environments
Comfortable working with enterprise-level CMS. Ability to collaborate with content, UX, and development teams for seamless implementation.

Excellent English communication skills.
Strong verbal and written English proficiency.

Self-motivated and collaborative.
Highly proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
