【Quality】Data Analyst
Job Responsibility
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive data analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll dive into service and warranty data, detecting product quality anomalies, and collaborating with various departments to drive data-driven decisions. If you enjoy digging into data, building predictive models, and creating clear visual stories that improve product quality and customer service, this might be the perfect fit for you.
Anomaly Detection & Product Quality Insights:
-Analyze global warranty and service data for laptops, PCs, and other products to identify early-stage anomalies in product quality.
-Conduct global service data mining, develop advanced reports and visualizations that support smart decision-making.
-Partner with our IT team to build and maintain predictive models and automated anomaly detection systems, ensuring ongoing monitoring and optimization.
Data Exploration & Insight Generation:
Explore large datasets, uncover trends, and present actionable insights on demand to key stakeholders across the business.
AI-Driven Virtual Assistant Development:
Work closely with IT to develop virtual assistants powered by generative AI, enhancing customer support and operational efficiency.
Mining Customer Feedback & Support Data:
Analyze global contact center logs, repair center records, and user-generated online comments to extract valuable insights and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related role.
Proficiency in Python, R (including R Shiny), SQL, and data visualization tools.
Strong skills in data mining, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to different teams.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with IT, product quality, and service teams.
Familiarity with machine learning and AI applications is a plus.
