【RD】SWPM Engineer

Job Responsibility

• Manage cross-functional teams, including internal R&D, Microsoft, and third-party solution providers.
• Act as primary point of contact with partners for project coordination and issue resolution.
• Conduct competitive analysis and user data analysis to optimize service quality and product performance.
• Opportunities to travel for vendor visiting or event attending.
• Explore and develop newly released features from Microsoft.

Requirements

Required:
1.Education: Bachelor Degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent fields is advance).

2.Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in product or project management roles on Windows platform.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional and external stakeholders
• Experience managing outsourcing teams and defining software/hardware integration specs
• Familiar with software release processes, version control, and agile project methodology
• Proficient in English (oral and written)

3. Skills:
• Work proficiency in English.
• Proficient in teamwork, communication and presentation skills.


Preferred:
• C#, PowerShell, Python, is a plus
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Android and MacOS operating systems
• Practical knowledge of software quality assurance process
• Active self-development personality
• Desire and ability to quickly learn and gain new knowledge
• Ability to technically lead tasks and solve complex technical issues
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Experience with cloud-based computing/environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
