Job Responsibility

Position Objectives
1. Set up market strategy in mainly SEA countries and build up distribution channels
2. Achieve the revenue and profit targets
Key Responsibilities
1. Set-up strategic and tactical plans according to SEA specific situations and market conditions
2. New business: Concentrate on business development activities mainly Ai software. All the activities should lead to ensure a rich funnel of potential new business
3. Current business: Maintain current key accounts and introduce new products to expand business share
4. Identify new potential customer via connection, market survey, visiting medical/healthcare shows, exhibiting at medical shows
5. Expand the customer base and sales by establishing regular contact with KOLs
6. Actively work with distributors and Acer local teams to understand local healthcare eco-system
7. Provide training to distributors and present Ai solution to hospitals
8. Gather market intelligence from both distributors and hospitals about usage, competitor products and pricing
9. Weekly report status of ongoing projects and distributor development
10. Initiate new/renewal distribution agreements with Acer Legal team
11. Support FAE team for software installation and resolve technical issues reported by customer

Requirements

Required:
1. Education & Experience:
A. Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of healthcare technology experience
OR
B. Master’s degree and 3 years of healthcare technology experience
2. Skills:
A. Strong written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin and English)
B. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, able to generate insights from complex problems
C. Excellent at making PowerPoint decks and strong presentation skills
D. Be able to work independently as well as in teams
E. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate both internally and externally
F. Responsible, motivated, positive working attitude, adapt to changes quickly, and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
1. Familiarity with the medical, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries is a plus
2. Overseas experience is a plus
