【Service Operation】Service Program Supervisor

Job Responsibility

- Service BoM define/create/maintain & spare part cost review with suppliers.
- Manage demand/supply related activities, connecting planning to execution and identify issues and their impact.
- Ensure the delivery of products and services meet the performance metrics defined in scorecard.
- Establish clear objectives/deliverables/directs activities & effectively communicate with internal/external partners.
- Manage priorities and mitigate issues through effective contingency planning & proper escalation management.
- Lead sessions/project/strategy implementation/deliver presentations.
- Identify/drive initiatives that support strategic new business/product.
- Develop innovative solutions to further differentiate & enhance service model.
- Consistently reviewing service process to improve efficiency

Requirements

Required:
1.Work experience:
5 years+ working experience in customer service, supply chain, project management, procurement, sales marketing
2.Education:
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technical field
3.Required tech/professional skills:
MS office
4.Language:
Fluency in listening, speaking, reading and writing English and Chinese
5.Others:
1) Business oriented & Strong understanding of demand/supply planning processes
2) Relevant experience in program management/service operations/order fulfillment
3) Sense of urgency & attention to detail
4) Excellent interpersonal skills - persuasive, empathetic, able to handle conflict & pressure
5) Strong analytical thinking, analysis, data modelling& problem solving skills
6) Ability to work independently but also a good team player
7) Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
