Job Responsibility

1. Spare parts demand and supply planning which includes data consolidation, forecasting and reporting.
2. Spare parts order control & shipment management.
3. Communication with supplier, forwarders, countries planners, and HQ service team.

Requirements

Required:
• Reuired tech/ professional skills: MS office
• Personality: attention to details/ Willing to work with team members
• Language: Fluency in listening, speaking, reading and writing English and Chinese.

Preferred:
• Soft skills: Advanced excel skills (PIVOT table & reporting, Formulas, Conditional formatting, VBA & MACROS…)
