HR Specialist
Job Responsibility
1. Manage SAP system specifications and promote global HR related system implementation to accelerate HR digital transformation. This role will collaborate with different regions around the globe on HR technology projects.
2. Engage in data analysis to uncover trends and areas for improvement, facilitating data-driven decision-making processes.
3. Implement to accelerate the HR digital transformation/automated process.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor degree with major in HR ,Information Technology.
2. More than two years of work experience in systems analysis and implementation. Experience with global HR system implementation projects would be a plus.
3. Familiar with data visualization tool.
4. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices would be a plus.
5. Skills:
- Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Creative and positive .Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to initiate and plan projects independently, proposing innovative solutions.
- Good English communication skill.
