【Design】UI Designer

Job Responsibility

We are looking for a talent who has proficiency in visual design and willing to thinking out if the box. As a UI designer, you will be able to cooperate with product managers, engineers, research team and other stakeholders for creating better design by thinking in users’ shoes.
1. 與RD/PM溝通討論專案需求，參與使用者訪談，規劃使用者介面，獨立執行設計。
2. 定義產品使用流程、互動設計、撰寫UI溝通文件。
3. 規劃與執行Usability Test，檢討產品使用體驗，進行改善。
4. 介面視覺設計，產出Mockup, GUI Style Guideline, GUI Spec & Assets。
5. 建立並維護系列產品之Style Guideline, GUI Spec & Assets。
6. logo, icon design
7. 支援行銷素材設計

Requirements

1. 3-5年以上跨裝置產品開發UI經驗
2. 熟悉各大平台設計規範
3. 具人因工程與使用者認知概念
4. 良好的設計美感與技巧
5. 良好的溝通能力，具備跨功能團隊合作之經驗
6. 能獨立完成設計任務，並確保設計品質
7. 工具：Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite…
