Senior Secretary
Job Responsibility
1. Coordinate various activities assigned by the Executive, including direct in-charge functions, cross-functional corporate tasks, and subsidiary/affiliate coordination. 2. Manage the Executive's schedule, oversee meeting coordination, and handle travel arrangements (as permitted). Provide support for corporate board meetings. 3. Undertake tasks and projects delegated by the Executive, including analysis, reporting, organization, and project administration. This may involve problem-solving, organization, and collaboration with internal departments, subsidiaries, and external partners. 4. Maintain department assets, monitor stationery supplies, process expense reports, and handle documentation maintenance. Perform other secretarial duties as required. 5. Assist in business development operations, focusing on external communication and partnership coordination.
Requirements
Required: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Experience: Previous experience in secretarial or administrative roles, especially supporting senior management. 3. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in foreign languages is required. Familiarity with office software is a plus. Preferred: Familiar with AI Medical industry.
