Windows Application Developer

Job Responsibility

We are looking for a software R&D who can develop Windows software solutions for laptop and display products. The candidate not only requires strong technical skills in Windows software programming but also the ability and enthusiasm to develop and research new technology including image processing, monitor industry technology trends, AI software solutions, and Intelligence software applications for monitor and laptop products. The Responsibilities:

1. Windows SW application development and maintain for laptop and monitor products.
2. Research the new technology including image processing, monitor industry technology trends, laptop SW utility to optimize system performance & quality, and Gen AI technology trends and application in markets.
3. Analyze competitive products, and market research results to come out feasible SW solution.
4. Work closely with product PM and software PM to come out SW design spec.
5. Execute testing and validation processes to ensure software reliability and performance.

Requirements

Requirements：
1. Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Language: English Listening/Medium, Speaking/Medium, Reading/Medium, Writing/Medium.
3. Hands-on experience of software projects development in Windows applications or drivers.
4. Experience of developing Windows platform applications to provide intelligent system management, functions and performance optimization.
5. Familiar with WinForms, WPF, and UWP applications.
6. Working knowledge of image processing, computer vision, machine learning, PC platform performance optimization.
7. Good experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, C#, .Net, Python etc.

Preferred:
1. 3+ years of experience in large-scale software projects development with API, SDK, and algorithms integration.
2. 3+ years of SW development experience and co-work with other functions team including project PM, SW PM, and GUI designer.
3. Experience of developing windows device driver, SW components driver.
4. Experience of monitor scaler and display T-CON function control via DDC/CI or eDP AUX channel.
5. Experience of AI models deployment with GPU and NPU, and models fine tuning.
6. C++ object oriented, and C# Windows form GUI development with XAML.
7. Have experience in Agile development.
