Acer Fashion 結合永續設計與智慧科技，打造兼具風格與信任感的生活風格配件，涵蓋包袋、行李箱與穿戴裝置等產品。我們正在尋找一位具備高度彈性與自我驅動力的專案執行經理，加入團隊。此職位聚焦於專案落地執行與推進，負責串接內部團隊與外部合作夥伴，確保專案在品質、時程與成本上達標。該角色將善用 AI 與 RPA 等數位工具優化流程，並實際推動 ESG 相關行動方案，協助品牌在創新與永續之間找到平衡。

• 善用 AI 與 RPA 工具提升流程效率與執行力
• 支援 ESG 專案，如供應鏈永續計畫推行、資料追蹤、數據盤點等
• 彈性支援新任務、跨域專案或未來產品線拓展


Acer Fashion integrates sustainable design with smart technology to create stylish and responsible lifestyle accessories, including bags, luggage, and wearable devices. We are looking for a highly flexible and self-driven Project Implementation Manager.
This role focuses on project execution and delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost control through cross-functional collaboration and external partner coordination. You will actively leverage digital tools such as AI and RPA to optimize workflows, and drive ESG-related initiatives that align with Acer Fashion’s commitment to responsible innovation.

• Lead and implement product, operational, or process-focused projects with strong execution discipline
• Collaborate across departments and align internal and external resources to achieve goals
• Utilize AI and RPA tools to enhance workflow efficiency and project traceability
• Support ESG-related efforts including supplier audits, materials tracking, and data management
• Take on new assignments and cross-functional initiatives as needed

Requirements

Required:
1. 具備5年以上專案執行、營運流程改善、供應鏈開發與協調經驗
2. 擅長跨部門溝通與整合，具備高度執行力與問題解決能力
3. 中英文溝通表達良好，能跨部門協作並有效對接外部夥伴
4. 熟悉 Notion、Jira、Power Automate、ChatGPT 等數位工具者尤佳
5. 具備 ESG 相關知識或實際推動經驗者為佳
6. 個人特質：彈性強、主動積極、能快速定位問題並提出實用解法，重視團隊合作與責任感

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in project execution, operations, supply chain establishing and coordination
2. Strong in cross-functional communication, issue solving, and action-oriented thinking
3. Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Jira, Power Automate, ChatGPT, or similar
4. Knowledge or hands-on experience in ESG planning or reporting is a plus
5. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
6. Key traits: adaptable, proactive, solution-driven, and highly collaborative


Preferred:
a. 有時尚配件、穿戴裝置、生活風格相關產品之開發或供應鏈經驗
b. 有 B 型企業、社會企業或永續發展導向組織的工作經歷
c. 熟悉永續材料或供應鏈透明度（如碳足跡盤查、ESG 稽核等）相關實務

a. Experience in fashion accessories, wearable devices, or lifestyle-related product development or supply chain coordination
b. Background in B Corporations, social enterprises, or organizations with a strong sustainability mission
c. Familiarity with sustainable materials or supply chain transparency practices (ex. carbon footprint tracking, ESG audits)
