Marketing Supervisor
Job Responsibility
• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (official site, MOMO, Shopee, Amazon, etc.), ensuring content accuracy, visual consistency, and competitive pricing. Update product pages regularly to support marketing campaigns. 負責各大電商平台(官網、MOMO、蝦皮、Amazon等)商品上架與管理,確保資訊完整正確、視覺一致性與價格合理,並依行銷節奏定期更新頁面。 • Track product sales and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment. 根據商品銷售狀況,協助供應鏈團隊追蹤庫存、安排補貨與出貨,維持健康的庫存周轉。 • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, platform promotions), optimizing performance through testing, iteration, and budget reallocation. 策劃與執行數位廣告與平台行銷活動,透過測試與數據優化轉換率與廣告成效。 • Analyze customer journey and sales funnel using GA4 and dashboard tools. Suggest conversion optimization strategies across landing pages, content, and checkout flow. 分析使用者旅程與銷售漏斗,針對頁面內容、導購流程提出優化建議。 • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, campaigns, and touchpoints. Convert learnings into actionable insights. 執行廣告與行銷活動的 A/B 測試,並據以調整操作策略。 • Segment audiences via CRM and email marketing tools. Design automated flows to boost retention and LTV. 透過CRM/電子報工具進行顧客分群與自動化行銷設計,提升留存與顧客終身價值。 • Monitor industry trends and competitors. Requirements
Required: • Has 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, product listing, digital advertising, or performance marketing, with proven track records. 具備3年以上電商營運、商品上架管理、數位廣告或績效行銷經驗,並擁有具體成果紀錄。 • Is proficient in product content management and familiar with e-commerce platform backend tools (ex. Cyberbiz, 91APP, Shopify, Shopee Seller Center, etc.). 熟悉商品上架與後台操作流程,具備平台內容管理(CMS)操作經驗,如Cyberbiz、91APP、Shopify、蝦皮賣家中心等。
Competencies
