Social Media & Commerce Specialist

Job Responsibility

This position is responsible for the comprehensive planning and management of brand social media platforms and short video content, aiming to increase brand awareness, user engagement, and further drive business growth. You will need extensive experience in social media management and short video marketing, strong data analysis skills, content optimization capabilities, and ownership in collaborating with the team toward marketing objectives. 
•  Manage brand social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and live-streaming platforms. Create trending topics leveraging current events and pop culture to increase viewership and user interaction.
•  Plan and execute social media campaigns, including ideation, visual concepts, copywriting, and content creation. Oversee online community management to drive growth and boost engagement.
•  Timely post content, edit images, create promotional materials, and perform basic photography and video editing. Plan and develop video content while gathering and organizing relevant trending materials, ensuring content consistency and quality.
•  Perform backend data analysis and adjust marketing strategies in real time to improve effectiveness. Stay updated on short video market trends (such as TikTok, Reels, Xiaohongshu) and work with team towards monetization strategies.
•  Collaborate closely with designer, product manager, and marketing team pals to achieve marketing goals.

負責品牌社群平台及短影音內容的全方位規劃與經營,提升品牌知名度、用戶參與度,進而促進業績增長,並確保創意與內容符合時下流行趨勢。這個角色需要具備深厚的社群經營及短影音操作經驗,擅長數據分析及內容優化,並與團隊合作達成行銷目標。
•    品牌自媒體經營:於Facebook、Instagram、LINE、小紅書、TikTok、直播等平台經營品牌社群,以時事及流行元素創造話題,提升點閱率及用戶互動。
•    社群與短影音內容企劃:負責社群議題及短影音的企劃,包括主題發想、視覺構想、文案撰寫與內容拍攝。管理網路社團,推動社群成長並提升參與度。
•    內容製作與發佈:依需求及時發佈貼文,修圖、製作廣告文宣,進行簡單攝影及影片剪輯,規劃及創作影片內容,蒐集整理相關素材,並保持內容質量與穩定性。
•    數據分析與策略調整:進行後台數據分析,及時調整行銷策略以提高成效。對短影音市場(如TikTok、Reels、小紅書等)具敏銳洞察,並引導團隊進行變現。
•    團隊領導與跨部門協作:規劃私域流量及變現策略,確保品牌內容的整體規劃。與設計、產品經理、行銷部門密切合作,共同完成行銷目標。

Requirements

Required:
•    At least 2 years of experience executing successful social media and video marketing projects.
•    Proficient in social media platforms and short video platforms (e.g., TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Reels) with strong data analysis skills.
•    Excellent copywriting, basic image creating/editing, and video editing abilities.
•    Passionate about fashion and pop culture, with a deep interest in digital marketing and brand management.
•    Strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, logical thinking, and sharp numerical awareness.
•    Prior experience as a social media community or social commerce specialist is preferred.
•    Please provide case studies or a portfolio of relevant social media marketing campaigns for further evaluation.
•    Fluent in Mandarin, good reading/writing ability in English

•    精通社群媒體與短影音平台操作(如TikTok、小紅書、Reels等),並具數據分析能力。
•    具備優秀的文案撰寫、簡單製圖/修圖及影片剪輯能力。
•    熱愛時尚、流行文化,對數位行銷及品牌經營充滿熱情。
•    擅長溝通、抗壓能力強,具備邏輯思維與數字敏銳度。
•    曾任社群小編者優先考慮。
•    請提供相關社群活動企劃案例及作品集,以便進行進一步的評估。
•    能流利使用中文,具備良好的英文讀寫能力。
